Refund policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. ( this does policy does not include cut fabric or custom purchases )
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging if applicable. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you can mail the item back to us and we will process your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We do not take returns on cut fabrics unless the fabric is flawed or you received the wrong fabric. If you have received the wrong fabric please contact us.
We also do not accept returns on embroidery kits/digital items.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Machine Purchase, Return, and Refund Policy
1. Return Eligibility
Machines may be returned within the approved return window, provided they are in their original condition, free from damage, and include all original parts, accessories, and packaging.
2. Return Authorization
All returns must be authorized in advance. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
3. Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns. This fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
4. Shipping Responsibility
The customer is responsible for:

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Condition and Inspection
Returned machines will be inspected upon receipt. To qualify for a refund:

The machine must show no signs of damage, misuse, or excessive wear

All components must be intact and in working condition
If damage or missing components are identified, additional fees may be applied or the return may be denied.
6. Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued only after the machine has been received and successfully passed inspection.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment, minus:

7. Non-Returnable Items
Certain machines or custom orders may be non-returnable. These will be clearly identified at the time of purchase.
8. Policy Acceptance
By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to the terms outlined in this policy.
For return requests or questions, please contact customer support prior to shipping any items back.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
